Brief Description of Research Areas
T-Mobile’s 5G Hub is an innovation center and co-lab facility located at T-Mobile’s national technology labs in Bellevue, WA. The 5G Hub enables and supports innovative proof-of-concept (PoC) and projects for early feasibility, concepting and validation of new wireless solutions, and partner demonstrations of use case application and value add. It’s here T-Mobile deploys the latest in wireless network hardware and software (core, RAN, applications, etc.) for development, integration, and testing with technologies such as network slicing, private networks, edge computing, Network based API’s and more. The 5G Hub facility is a large, open-concept facility with meeting rooms, collaboration spacs, makerspace for prototype creation, and large presentation stage for ecosystem gatherings and events.
