Stephen Devine is the Chief Technology Officer with APCO International.  He is responsible for overseeing the effectiveness of technology resources within APCO and leads all APCO technical components related to Next Generation 9-1-1, Cybersecurity, and other emerging technologies.  Additionally, Stephen is also responsible for developing new business strategies related to APCO Technical Services and serves as the Senior Technical Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer while overseeing operations for both APCO’s Communications Center & 911 Services Department (CC9S) and APCO’s Automated Frequency Coordination (AFC) Spectrum Management Division. 

Stephen is a Life member of APCO International and has spent his 40-year career in public safety communications.  He resides in Jefferson City, MO.
