ISAC Data Initiative

The Next G Alliance’s (NGA) new Integrated Sensing and Communication (ISAC) Data Initiative will advance industry understanding of how sensing data generated by mobile networks can be packaged, stored, transported, and delivered to end-user systems.

The initial focus is on drone and vehicle detection as well as environmental sensing applications, with an initial focus on the needs of U.S. government agencies, including the U.S. Department of War, U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Department of Transportation, and NOAA: National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration / National Weather Service.

By bringing industry leaders together, NGA is turning the promise of ISAC innovation into practical applications that can enhance safety, security, situational awareness, and operational efficiency.
