Yongjun Chung serves as the Director and Head of the Radio & Network Standardization Department at the Telecommunications Technology Association (TTA). Since joining TTA in 2002, his contributions to global standardization include serving as the secretary for 3GPP RAN2 within the ETSI Mobile Competence Centre (MCC) from 2014 to 2016.“

Currently, he serves as the Vice-Chair of ITU-R Study Group 1 (Spectrum Management) and the Chairman of the Standard-Ecosystem Promotion Committee at the 6G Forum. His work focuses on spectrum management, IMT, and the coordination of national and international radiocommunication policies. He also participates in various activities within the ITU and APT, including WRC, ITU-R SG1, WP5D, APG, AWG, and 3GPP.
